Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data on this website, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR is:

Marktstrategie OÜ
Email: support@marktstrategie.org
Postal address supplied on request.

2. What we process, and why

2.1 Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting server automatically records information your browser transmits. This typically includes the page requested, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and IP address.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website. Log data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

2.2 Contact form and email enquiries

When you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we process the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message — in order to answer your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete enquiry data once it is no longer needed for that purpose, subject to statutory retention obligations.

The form on this website is processed by our own web server and sent to us as an email. No third-party form, marketing or CRM provider is involved in handling your enquiry. If you prefer not to use the form, you can write to us directly at the address in section 1.

2.3 Web fonts

This website uses the typeface "Inter". The font files are hosted on our own server and are not loaded from an external provider. No connection to Google or any other third party is made when a page is displayed.

2.4 Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes. If a cookie is added later, this section must list it with its purpose and lifetime, and prior consent must be obtained.

3. Recipients of your data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers who support the operation of this website — hosting and email — and only to the extent necessary to answer your enquiry or operate the site.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and access it (Art. 15);
  • have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
  • have your data erased (Art. 17);
  • have processing restricted (Art. 18);
  • receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21);
  • withdraw any consent you have given, at any time and without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (Art. 7 (3)).

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@marktstrategie.org.

5. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data. The competent authority is normally the one for your place of habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

The authority responsible for us is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, www.aki.ee.

6. Data security

This website is transmitted over an encrypted TLS connection, which you can verify by the padlock indicator in your browser's address bar. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in what the website does or in applicable law. The version published on this page is the version in force.
